A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. A heap based buffer overflow in mwifiex_uap_parse_tail_ies function in drivers/net/wireless/marvell/mwifiex/ie.c might lead to memory corruption and possibly other consequences.

An issue was discovered on Moxa AWK-3121 1.14 devices. The device by default allows HTTP traffic thus providing an insecure communication mechanism for a user connecting to the web server. This allows an attacker to sniff the traffic easily and allows an attacker to compromise sensitive data such as credentials.

An integer underflow issue exists in ntfs-3g 2017.3.23. A local attacker could potentially exploit this by running /bin/ntfs-3g with specially crafted arguments from a specially crafted directory to cause a heap buffer overflow, resulting in a crash or the ability to execute arbitrary code. In installations where /bin/ntfs-3g is a setuid-root binary, this could lead to a local escalation of privileges.

In Emerson Ovation OCR400 Controller 3.3.1 and earlier, a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the embedded third-party FTP server involves improper handling of a long command to the FTP service, which may cause memory corruption that halts the controller or leads to remote code execution and escalation of privileges.

An issue was discovered in libSDL2.a in Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL) 2.0.9 when used in conjunction with libSDL2_image.a in SDL2_image 2.0.4. There is a heap-based buffer overflow in the SDL2_image function IMG_LoadPCX_RW at IMG_pcx.c.

Insufficient input validation vulnerability in subsystem for Intel(R) AMT before version 12.0.35 may allow a privileged user to potentially enable denial of service via network access.

An exploitable code execution vulnerability exists in the HTTP request-parsing function of the NT9665X Chipset firmware running on the Anker Roav A1 Dashcam, version RoavA1SWV1.9. A specially crafted packet can cause an unlimited and arbitrary write to memory, resulting in code execution.
