CVE-2021-36690: SQLite Forum: Segmentation fault in idxGetTableInfo

** DISPUTED ** A segmentation fault can occur in the sqlite3.exe command-line component of SQLite 3.36.0 via the idxGetTableInfo function when there is a crafted SQL query. NOTE: the vendor disputes the relevance of this report because a sqlite3.exe user already has full privileges (e.g., is intentionally allowed to execute commands). This report does NOT imply any problem in the SQLite library.

CVE-2020-36478: Release Mbed TLS 2.16.9 · Mbed-TLS/mbedtls

An issue was discovered in Mbed TLS before 2.25.0 (and before 2.16.9 LTS and before 2.7.18 LTS). A NULL algorithm parameters entry looks identical to an array of REAL (size zero) and thus the certificate is considered valid. However, if the parameters do not match in any way, then the certificate should be considered invalid.

CVE-2020-36477: Release Mbed TLS 2.24.0 · Mbed-TLS/mbedtls

An issue was discovered in Mbed TLS before 2.24.0. The verification of X.509 certificates when matching the expected common name (the cn argument of mbedtls_x509_crt_verify) with the actual certificate name is mishandled: when the subjecAltName extension is present, the expected name is compared to any name in that extension regardless of its type. This means that an attacker could impersonate a 4-byte or 16-byte domain by getting a certificate for the corresponding IPv4 or IPv6 address (this would require the attacker to control that IP address, though).

CVE-2021-21781: TALOS-2021-1243 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

An information disclosure vulnerability exists in the ARM SIGPAGE functionality of Linux Kernel v5.4.66 and v5.4.54. The latest version (5.11-rc4) seems to still be vulnerable. A userland application can read the contents of the sigpage, which can leak kernel memory contents. An attacker can read a process’s memory at a specific offset to trigger this vulnerability. This was fixed in kernel releases: 4.14.222 4.19.177 5.4.99 5.10.17 5.11

CVE-2020-28594: TALOS-2020-1218 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

A use-after-free vulnerability exists in the _3MF_Importer::_handle_end_model() functionality of Prusa Research PrusaSlicer 2.2.0 and Master (commit 4b040b856). A specially crafted 3MF file can lead to code execution. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability.

CVE-2021-21813: TALOS-2021-1280 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

Within the function HandleFileArg the argument filepattern is under control of the user who passes it in from the command line. filepattern is passed directly to memcpy copying the path provided by the user into a staticly sized buffer without any length checks resulting in a stack-buffer overflow.

CVE-2021-21812: TALOS-2021-1280 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the command-line-parsing HandleFileArg functionality of AT&T Labs’ Xmill 0.7. Within the function HandleFileArg the argument filepattern is under control of the user who passes it in from the command line. filepattern is passed directly to strcpy copying the path provided by the user into a static sized buffer without any length checks resulting in a stack-buffer overflow. An attacker can provide malicious input to trigger these vulnerabilities.

CVE-2021-38291: #9312 (assertion failed in av_rescale_delta) – FFmpeg

FFmpeg version (git commit de8e6e67e7523e48bb27ac224a0b446df05e1640) suffers from a an assertion failure at src/libavutil/mathematics.c.

CVE-2020-21676: Xfig / Tickets / #76 stack-buffer-overflow in genpstrx_text at genpstricks.c:2732

A stack-based buffer overflow in the genpstrx_text() component in genpstricks.c of fig2dev 3.2.7b allows attackers to cause a denial of service (DOS) via converting a xfig file into pstricks format.

CVE-2020-21675: Xfig / Tickets / #78 stack-buffer-overflow in genptk_text at genptk.c:618

A stack-based buffer overflow in the genptk_text component in genptk.c of fig2dev 3.2.7b allows attackers to cause a denial of service (DOS) via converting a xfig file into ptk format.
