GHSA-4pg4-qvpc-4q3h: Multer vulnerable to Denial of Service from maliciously crafted requests

### Impact A vulnerability in Multer versions >=1.4.4-lts.1 allows an attacker to trigger a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending a malformed multi-part upload request. This request causes an unhandled exception, leading to a crash of the process. ### Patches Users should upgrade to `2.0.0` ### Workarounds None ### References - https://github.com/expressjs/multer/issues/1176 - https://github.com/expressjs/multer/commit/2c8505f207d923dd8de13a9f93a4563e59933665

GHSA-44fp-w29j-9vj5: Multer vulnerable to Denial of Service via memory leaks from unclosed streams

### Impact Multer <2.0.0 is vulnerable to a resource exhaustion and memory leak issue due to improper stream handling. When the HTTP request stream emits an error, the internal `busboy` stream is not closed, violating Node.js stream safety guidance. This leads to unclosed streams accumulating over time, consuming memory and file descriptors. Under sustained or repeated failure conditions, this can result in denial of service, requiring manual server restarts to recover. All users of Multer handling file uploads are potentially impacted. ### Patches Users should upgrade to `2.0.0` ### Workarounds None ### References - https://github.com/expressjs/multer/pull/1120 - https://github.com/expressjs/multer/commit/2c8505f207d923dd8de13a9f93a4563e59933665

ABB Cylon FLXeon 9.3.5 (bbmdList.js) Authenticated Config Poisoning

The ABB Cylon FLXeon BACnet controller suffers from a configuration poisoning vulnerability in the put() function of bbmdList.js, where the writeFile() function is invoked to persist user-controlled data (req.body.bipList and req.body.natList) directly into sensitive configuration files (/etc/bdt.txt and /etc/bdt2.txt). This write operation lacks input validation and integrity checks allowing an attacker to supply crafted JSON payloads to inject or overwrite trusted BACnet BBMD entries. As these files are critical for network configuration, exploitation may result in unauthorized network redirection, denial of service, or insertion of rogue nodes into the system, thereby undermining the integrity and security of OT network communications.

GHSA-qq3j-4f4f-9583: Hugging Face Transformers Regular Expression Denial of Service

A vulnerability in the `preprocess_string()` function of the `transformers.testing_utils` module in huggingface/transformers version v4.48.3 allows for a Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) attack. The regular expression used to process code blocks in docstrings contains nested quantifiers, leading to exponential backtracking when processing input with a large number of newline characters. An attacker can exploit this by providing a specially crafted payload, causing high CPU usage and potential application downtime, effectively resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) scenario.

GHSA-wrh5-cmwx-q2qr: Ollama Server Vulnerable to Denial of Service (DoS) Attack

A vulnerability in the Ollama server version 0.5.11 allows a malicious user to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) attack by customizing the manifest content and spoofing a service. This is due to improper validation of array index access when downloading a model via the /api/pull endpoint, which can lead to a server crash.

GHSA-cxrh-j4jr-qwg3: undici Denial of Service attack via bad certificate data

### Impact Applications that use undici to implement a webhook-like system are vulnerable. If the attacker set up a server with an invalid certificate, and they can force the application to call the webhook repeatedly, then they can cause a memory leak. ### Patches This has been patched in https://github.com/nodejs/undici/pull/4088. ### Workarounds If a webhook fails, avoid keep calling it repeatedly. ### References Reported as: https://github.com/nodejs/undici/issues/3895

GHSA-869w-47c6-fq8q: Babylon Integer Overflow in Distribution Module CumulativeRewardRatio Calculation Leading to Chain Halt

### Summary Minting large amount of tokens through ibc transfer and then depositing them in validator rewards pool (via `DepositValidatorRewardsPool` message) can lead to integer overflow panic when calculating `cumulative_reward_ratio` for the validator. This calculation happens in `x/epoching` module `EndBlocker`, thus the panic will halt the chain. ### Impact Denial of Service - Due to panic in the `EndBlocker` Babylon Genesis will halt
