An information leak flaw was found in NFS over RDMA in the net/sunrpc/xprtrdma/rpc_rdma.c in the Linux Kernel. This flaw allows an attacker with normal user privileges to leak kernel information.

There is a flaw in convert2rhel. When the --activationkey option is used with convert2rhel, the activation key is subsequently passed to subscription-manager via the command line, which could allow unauthorized users locally on the machine to view the activation key via the process command line via e.g. htop or ps. The specific impact varies upon the subscription, but generally this would allow an attacker to register systems purchased by the victim until discovered; a form of fraud. This could occur regardless of how the activation key is supplied to convert2rhel because it involves how convert2rhel provides it to subscription-manager.

A flaw was found in python-oslo-utils. Due to improper parsing, passwords with a double quote ( " ) in them cause incorrect masking in debug logs, causing any part of the password after the double quote to be plaintext.

A race condition was found in vdsm. Functionality to obfuscate sensitive values in log files that may lead to values being stored in clear text.

A flaw was found in the VirGL virtual OpenGL renderer (virglrenderer). The virgl did not properly initialize memory when allocating a host-backed memory resource. A malicious guest could use this flaw to mmap from the guest kernel and read this uninitialized memory from the host, possibly leading to information disclosure.

A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. Measuring usage of the shared memory does not scale with large shared memory segment counts which could lead to resource exhaustion and DoS.

A flaw was found in openstack-keystone. Only the first 72 characters of an application secret are verified allowing attackers bypass some password complexity which administrators may be counting on. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity.

A flaw was found in the Foreman project. The Datacenter plugin exposes the password through the API to an authenticated local attacker with view_hosts permission. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity as well as system availability.

A flaw was found in Red Hat JBoss Core Services HTTP Server in all versions, where it does not properly normalize the path component of a request URL contains dot-dot-semicolon(s). This flaw could allow an attacker to access unauthorized information or possibly conduct further attacks. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity.

It was found that the CVE-2021-27918, CVE-2021-31525 and CVE-2021-33196 have been incorrectly mentioned as fixed in RHSA for Serverless 1.16.0 and Serverless client kn 1.16.0. These have been fixed with Serverless 1.17.0.
