Apple Issues Security Updates After Two WebKit Flaws Found Exploited in the Wild

Apple on Friday released security updates for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, visionOS, and its Safari web browser to address two security flaws that it said have been exploited in the wild, one of which is the same flaw that was patched by Google in Chrome earlier this week. The vulnerabilities are listed below - CVE-2025-43529 (CVSS score: N/A) - A use-after-free vulnerability in WebKit

GHSA-4jj9-cgqc-x9h5: NeuVector OpenID Connect is vulnerable to man-in-the-middle (MITM)

### Impact NeuVector supports login authentication through OpenID Connect. However, the TLS verification (which verifies the remote server's authenticity and integrity) for OpenID Connect is not enforced by default. As a result this may expose the system to man-in-the-middle (MITM) attacks. Starting from version 5.4.0, NeuVector supports TLS verification for following connection types: - Registry Connections - Auth Server Connections (SAML, LDAP and OIDC) - Webhook Connections By default, TLS verification remains disabled, and its configuration is located under **Settings > Configuration in the NeuVector UI**. In the patched version, the new NeuVector deployment enables TLS verification by default. For rolling upgrades, NeuVector does not automatically change this setting to prevent disruptions. **Note:** When "TLS verification" is enabled, it affects all connections to: - Registry servers - Auth servers (SAML, LDAP and OIDC) - Webhook servers ### Patches Patched versions incl...

GHSA-93vm-mqpw-8wh3: Keycloak LDAP User Federation provider enables admin-triggered untrusted Java deserialization

A flaw was found in the Keycloak LDAP User Federation provider. This vulnerability allows an authenticated realm administrator to trigger deserialization of untrusted Java objects via a malicious LDAP server configuration.

Years of JSONFormatter and CodeBeautify Leaks Expose Thousands of Passwords and API Keys

New research has found that organizations in various sensitive sectors, including governments, telecoms, and critical infrastructure, are pasting passwords and credentials into online tools like JSONformatter and CodeBeautify that are used to format and validate code. Cybersecurity company watchTowr Labs said it captured a dataset of over 80,000 files on these sites, uncovering thousands of

GHSA-gmm6-j2g5-r52m: Vault’s Terraform Provider incorrectly set default deny_null_bind parameter for LDAP auth method to false by default

Vault’s Terraform Provider incorrectly set the default deny_null_bind parameter for the LDAP auth method to false by default, potentially resulting in an insecure configuration. If the underlying LDAP server allowed anonymous or unauthenticated binds, this could result in authentication bypass. This vulnerability, CVE-2025-13357, is fixed in Vault Terraform Provider v5.5.0.

Beyond IAM Silos: Why the Identity Security Fabric is Essential for Securing AI and Non-Human Identities

Identity security fabric (ISF) is a unified architectural framework that brings together disparate identity capabilities. Through ISF, identity governance and administration (IGA), access management (AM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity threat detection and response (ITDR) are all integrated into a single, cohesive control plane. Building on Gartner’s definition of “identity

GHSA-cvf4-f829-762v: pgAdmin is affected by an LDAP injection vulnerability

pgAdmin <= 9.9 is affected by an LDAP injection vulnerability in the LDAP authentication flow that allows an attacker to inject special LDAP characters in the username, causing the DC/LDAP server and the client to process an unusual amount of data DOS.

GHSA-g4r8-3qmh-pmch: pgAdmin has vulnerability in LDAP authentication mechanism that allows bypassing TLS certificate verification

pgAdmin <= 9.9 is affected by a vulnerability in the LDAP authentication mechanism allows bypassing TLS certificate verification.

GHSA-38jw-g2qx-4286: KubeVirt Affected by an Authentication Bypass in Kubernetes Aggregation Layer

### Summary _Short summary of the problem. Make the impact and severity as clear as possible. A flawed implementation of the Kubernetes aggregation layer's authentication flow could enable bypassing RBAC controls. ### Details _Give all details on the vulnerability. Pointing to the incriminated source code is very helpful for the maintainer._ It was discovered that the `virt-api` component fails to correctly authenticate the client when receiving API requests over mTLS. In particular, it fails to validate the CN (Common Name) field in the received client TLS certificates against the set of allowed values defined in the `extension-apiserver-authentication` configmap. The Kubernetes API server proxies received client requests through a component called aggregator (part of K8S's API server), and authenticates to the `virt-api` server using a certificate signed by the CA specified via the `--requestheader-client-ca-file` CLI flag. This CA bundle is primarily used in the context of aggr...
