CVE-2020-28597: TALOS-2020-1221 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

A predictable seed vulnerability exists in the password reset functionality of Epignosis EfrontPro 5.2.21. By predicting the seed it is possible to generate the correct password reset 1-time token. An attacker can visit the password reset supplying the password reset token to reset the password of an account of their choice.

CVE-2020-13558: TALOS-2020-1172 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

A code execution vulnerability exists in the AudioSourceProviderGStreamer functionality of Webkit WebKitGTK 2.30.1. A specially crafted web page can lead to a use after free.

CVE-2021-26563: TALOS-2020-1158 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

Incorrect authorization vulnerability in synoagentregisterd in Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) before 6.2.4-25553 allows local users to execute arbitrary code via unspecified vectors.

CVE-2021-1368: Cisco Security Advisory: Cisco FXOS and NX-OS Software Unidirectional Link Detection Denial of Service and Arbitrary Code Execution Vulnerability

A vulnerability in the Unidirectional Link Detection (UDLD) feature of Cisco FXOS Software and Cisco NX-OS Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to execute arbitrary code with administrative privileges or cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to insufficient input validation. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted Cisco UDLD protocol packets to a directly connected, affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code with administrative privileges or cause the Cisco UDLD process to crash and restart multiple times, causing the affected device to reload and resulting in a DoS condition. Note: The UDLD feature is disabled by default, and the conditions to exploit this vulnerability are strict. The attacker needs full control of a directly connected device. That device must be connected over a port channel that has UDLD enabled. To trigger arbitrary code ...

CVE-2021-1387: Cisco Security Advisory: Cisco NX-OS Software IPv6 Netstack Denial of Service Vulnerability

A vulnerability in the network stack of Cisco NX-OS Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on an affected device. This vulnerability exists because the software improperly releases resources when it processes certain IPv6 packets that are destined to an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending multiple crafted IPv6 packets to an affected device. A successful exploit could cause the network stack to run out of available buffers, impairing operations of control plane and management plane protocols and resulting in a DoS condition. Manual intervention would be required to restore normal operations on the affected device. For more information about the impact of this vulnerability, see the Details section of this advisory.

CVE-2020-13552: TALOS-2020-1169 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

An exploitable local privilege elevation vulnerability exists in the file system permissions of Advantech WebAccess/SCADA 9.0.1 installation. In privilege escalation via multiple service executables in installation folder of WebAccess, an attacker can either replace binary or loaded modules to execute code with NT SYSTEM privilege.

CVE-2020-13550: TALOS-2020-1168 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

A local file inclusion vulnerability exists in the installation functionality of Advantech WebAccess/SCADA 9.0.1. A specially crafted application can lead to information disclosure. An attacker can send an authenticated HTTP request to trigger this vulnerability.

CVE-2020-28595: TALOS-2020-1219 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

An out-of-bounds write vulnerability exists in the Obj.cpp load_obj() functionality of Prusa Research PrusaSlicer 2.2.0 and Master (commit 4b040b856). A specially crafted obj file can lead to code execution. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability.

CVE-2020-28596: TALOS-2020-1220 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the Objparser::objparse() functionality of Prusa Research PrusaSlicer 2.2.0 and Master (commit 4b040b856). A specially crafted obj file can lead to code execution. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability.

CVE-2020-13581: TALOS-2020-1192 || Cisco Talos Intelligence Group

In SoftMaker Software GmbH SoftMaker Office PlanMaker 2021 (Revision 1014), a specially crafted document can cause the document parser to copy data from a particular record type into a buffer that is smaller than the size used for the copy which will cause a heap-based buffer overflow. An attacker can entice the victim to open a document to trigger this vulnerability.
