An issue was discovered in the FUSE filesystem implementation in the Linux kernel before 5.10.6, aka CID-5d069dbe8aaf. fuse_do_getattr() calls make_bad_inode() in inappropriate situations, causing a system crash. NOTE: the original fix for this vulnerability was incomplete, and its incompleteness is tracked as CVE-2021-28950.

In FreeBSD 13.0-STABLE before n245117, 12.2-STABLE before r369551, 11.4-STABLE before r369559, 13.0-RC5 before p1, 12.2-RELEASE before p6, and 11.4-RELEASE before p9, copy-on-write logic failed to invalidate shared memory page mappings between multiple processes allowing an unprivileged process to maintain a mapping after it is freed, allowing the process to read private data belonging to other processes or the kernel.

Dell Wyse ThinOS 8.6 MR9 contains remediation for an improper management server validation vulnerability that could be potentially exploited to redirect a client to an attacker-controlled management server, thus allowing the attacker to change the device configuration or certificate file.

Dell iDRAC8 versions prior to 2.75.100.75 contain a host header injection vulnerability. A remote unauthenticated attacker may potentially exploit this vulnerability by injecting arbitrary ‘Host’ header values to poison a web-cache or trigger redirections.

Dell EMC Avamar Server, versions 19.3 and 19.4 contain an Improper Authorization vulnerability in the web UI. A remote low privileged attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability, to gain unauthorized read or modification access to other users' backup data.

Dell EMC PowerScale OneFS versions 8.1.2 – 9.1.0 contain an issue where the OneFS SMB directory auto-create may erroneously create a directory for a user. A remote unauthenticated attacker may take advantage of this issue to slow down the system.

A flaw was found in dnsmasq before version 2.83. When getting a reply from a forwarded query, dnsmasq checks in forward.c:reply_query(), which is the forwarded query that matches the reply, by only using a weak hash of the query name. Due to the weak hash (CRC32 when dnsmasq is compiled without DNSSEC, SHA-1 when it is) this flaw allows an off-path attacker to find several different domains all having the same hash, substantially reducing the number of attempts they would have to perform to forge a reply and get it accepted by dnsmasq. This is in contrast with RFC5452, which specifies that the query name is one of the attributes of a query that must be used to match a reply. This flaw could be abused to perform a DNS Cache Poisoning attack. If chained with CVE-2020-25684 the attack complexity of a successful attack is reduced. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data integrity.

The package ua-parser-js before 0.7.23 are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) in multiple regexes (see linked commit for more info).

Dell XPS 13 9370 BIOS versions prior to 1.13.1 contains an Improper Exception Handling vulnerability. A local attacker with physical access could exploit this vulnerability to prevent the system from booting until the exploited boot device is removed.
