Ubuntu Security Notice USN-6047-1

Ubuntu Security Notice 6047-1 - It was discovered that the Traffic-Control Index implementation in the Linux kernel did not properly perform filter deactivation in some situations. A local attacker could possibly use this to gain elevated privileges. Please note that with the fix for this CVE, kernel support for the TCINDEX classifier has been removed.

CVE-2023-27556

IBM Counter Fraud Management for Safer Payments 6.1.0.00, 6.2.0.00, 6.3.0.00 through 6.3.1.03, 6.4.0.00 through 6.4.2.02 and 6.5.0.00 does not properly allocate resources without limits or throttling which could allow a remote attacker to cause a denial of service. IBM X-Force ID: 249190.

GHSA-j5c3-r84f-9596: Arbitrary File Read in Admin JS CSS files

### Impact It was observed that the `/admin/misc/script-proxy` API endpoint accessible by an authenticated administrator user and is vulnerable arbitrary JavaScript, CSS file read via the "scriptPath" and "scripts" parameters. The "scriptPath" parameter is not sanitized properly and is vulnerable to path traversal attack. Any JavaScript/CSS file from the application server can be read by specifying sufficient number of "../" patterns to go out from the application webroot followed by path of the folder where the file is located in the "scriptPath" parameter and the file name in the "scripts" parameter. The JavaScript file is successfully read only if the web application has read access to it. ### Patches Update to version 10.5.21 or apply this patch manually https://github.com/pimcore/pimcore/commit/1d128404eddf4beb560d434437347da7aea059eb.patch ### Workarounds Apply patch https://github.com/pimcore/pimcore/commit/1d128404eddf4beb560d434437347da7aea059eb.patch manually. ### Referenc...

Ubuntu Security Notice USN-6045-1

Ubuntu Security Notice 6045-1 - It was discovered that the Traffic-Control Index implementation in the Linux kernel did not properly perform filter deactivation in some situations. A local attacker could possibly use this to gain elevated privileges. Please note that with the fix for this CVE, kernel support for the TCINDEX classifier has been removed. Gwnaun Jung discovered that the SFB packet scheduling implementation in the Linux kernel contained a use-after-free vulnerability. A local attacker could use this to cause a denial of service or possibly execute arbitrary code.

Ubuntu Security Notice 6044-1 - It was discovered that the Traffic-Control Index implementation in the Linux kernel did not properly perform filter deactivation in some situations. A local attacker could possibly use this to gain elevated privileges. Please note that with the fix for this CVE, kernel support for the TCINDEX classifier has been removed. It was discovered that a race condition existed in the io_uring subsystem in the Linux kernel, leading to a use-after-free vulnerability. A local attacker could use this to cause a denial of service or possibly execute arbitrary code.

CVE-2023-30852

Pimcore is an open source data and experience management platform. Prior to version 10.5.21, the `/admin/misc/script-proxy` API endpoint that is accessible by an authenticated administrator user is vulnerable to arbitrary JavaScript and CSS file read via the `scriptPath` and `scripts` parameters. The `scriptPath` parameter is not sanitized properly and is vulnerable to path traversal attack. Any JavaScript/CSS file from the application server can be read by specifying sufficient number of `../` patterns to go out from the application webroot followed by path of the folder where the file is located in the "scriptPath" parameter and the file name in the "scripts" parameter. The JavaScript file is successfully read only if the web application has read access to it. Users should update to version 10.5.21 to receive a patch or, as a workaround, apply the patch manual.

GHSA-jwg4-qcgv-5wg6: SQL Injection in Admin Translations API

### Impact SQL injection is a web security vulnerability that allows an attacker to interfere with the queries that an application makes to its database. It generally allows an attacker to view data that they are not normally able to retrieve. This might include data belonging to other users, or any other data that the application itself is able to access. In many cases, an attacker can modify or delete this data, causing persistent changes to the application's content or behavior. In some situations, an attacker can escalate an SQL injection attack to compromise the underlying server or other back-end infrastructure, or perform a denial-of-service attack. It was observed that the reported API endpoint accessible by an authenticated administrator user and is vulnerable to SQL injection via the "filter" POST parameter. The parameter accepts JSON formatted data. The value of JSON key "property" inside "filter" is not sanitized properly and is used in a SQL statement in an unsafe manner...
