An unrestricted file upload issue in HorizontCMS through 1.0.0-beta allows an authenticated remote attacker (with access to the FileManager) to upload and execute arbitrary PHP code by uploading a PHP payload, and then using the FileManager's rename function to provide the payload (which will receive a random name on the server) with the PHP extension, and finally executing the PHP file via an HTTP GET request to /storage/<php_file_name>. NOTE: the vendor has patched this while leaving the version number at 1.0.0-beta.

HashiCorp Consul Enterprise version 1.7.0 up to 1.8.4 includes a namespace replication bug which can be triggered to cause denial of service via infinite Raft writes. Fixed in 1.7.9 and 1.8.5.

Processing a maliciously crafted image may lead to arbitrary code execution.

Multiple Cisco products are affected by a vulnerability in the Snort detection engine that could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass a configured File Policy for HTTP. The vulnerability is due to incorrect detection of modified HTTP packets used in chunked responses. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP packets through an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to bypass a configured File Policy for HTTP packets and deliver a malicious payload.

A cleartext storage of sensitive information vulnerability in FortiOS command line interface in versions 6.2.4 and earlier and FortiProxy 2.0.0, 1.2.9 and earlier may allow an authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information such as users passwords by connecting to FortiGate CLI and executing the "diag sys ha checksum show" command.

Improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command in Nagios XI 5.7.3 allows a remote, authenticated admin user to execute operating system commands with the privileges of the apache user.

An out-of-bounds read was addressed with improved input validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Catalina 10.15.6, tvOS 13.4.8, watchOS 6.2.8. A remote attacker may be able to cause unexpected system termination or corrupt kernel memory.
