GHSA-rrjw-j4m2-mf34: gix-transport code execution vulnerability

The `gix-transport` crate prior to the patched version 0.36.1 would allow attackers to use malicious ssh clone URLs to pass arbitrary arguments to the `ssh` program, leading to arbitrary code execution. CVE-2022-4137

A reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability was found in the 'oob' OAuth endpoint due to incorrect null-byte handling. This issue allows a malicious link to insert an arbitrary URI into a Keycloak error page. This flaw requires a user or administrator to interact with a link in order to be vulnerable. This may compromise user details, allowing it to be changed or collected by an attacker.

CVE-2023-23766: Release notes - GitHub Enterprise Server 3.9 Docs

An incorrect comparison vulnerability was identified in GitHub Enterprise Server that allowed commit smuggling by displaying an incorrect diff in a re-opened Pull Request. To do so, an attacker would need write access to the repository. This vulnerability affected all versions of GitHub Enterprise Server and was fixed in versions 3.6.17, 3.7.15, 3.8.8, 3.9.3, and 3.10.1.
